Our Fearless Leader

Gwen Gordon is President and Co-founder of Source One Staffing in Irwindale, California, which opened in 1995 with one office and one recruiter. Fourteen years later, however, the company has experienced significant growth – expanding to thirteen locations throughout Southern California and Virginia, with four client on-site locations. Additionally, the company now employs over seventy-five in-house employees supporting the various locations.

In 1999, Los Angeles Business Journal named Source One Staffing as one of the 100 fastest growing private companies in Los Angeles County.

As a business owner and native of Southern California, Gwen has taken a special interest and proactive role in several causes affecting the business climate in the state including lobbying the state legislature for workers' compensation reform.  Gwen is also a member of ASA and CSP and a former board member.
